.......From the moment I met Anne and her son Shane, I had a good feeling that this was the right Company to handle the sale of my parents home and contents. The house had been vacant and had begun to deteriorate due to animals living inside. Much of it's contents of antiques and collectibles, were buried under layers of dirt, mold, insulation and “worse”. They were very compassionate about the situation and made me feel at ease during an emotional time. The auction itself went very well!! The proceeds on the Real Estate and contents well beyond our family’s “guestimation” due to great marketing and presentation of the items auctioned.

.......My husband and I were considering how to sell our home and many belongings. I happened to speak with Shane at one of our Senior Awareness meetings and found him to be very knowledgeable and sincere as we spoke of Real Estate and personal property auctions. After Shane and Anne visited our home, we clearly felt the auction method was a good choice for us. My parents house had been on the market for 9 months. I found our about A. Smith Auction & Realty through a friend. Shane talked to me and was very informative on how a Real Estate Auction works.
