Swatstika History: During WWII, in May of 1945, Rudolph Zang hired a local towns boy (in Berchtesgaden) to climb up the wooden structure, that went over the entrance where German Oficers first reported in, to retrieve the Wooden Swastika under the eagle within the wreath that stood on the center of the wooden entrance. He paid this boy $5.00 in military script to do this.
German Weapons: In 1945 during WWII, Rudolph Zang of the 3rd Infantry 104rd MI Bn was in Berchtesgaden in charge of rounding up weapons. He brought back with him: German Dagger with Swatstika, Belgium Browning, Snipper Rifle, German Luger Pistol with Holster dated 1940 with a Swatstika
